Toni has been working alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, psychologists and doctors as a successful remedial massage therapist for almost 20 years, and more recently as an exercise scientist and exercise physiologist.
Her fascination with health and chronic pain and the emotional connection to healing and recovery has inspired study and accreditation across a broad selection of alternative modalities and natural therapies since 1998. She holds a diploma of remedial massage, and has taught diploma and certificate IV in remedial massage at Q Academy Brisbane for approximately 10 years. With a keen interest in exercise as medicine, and exercise for rehabilitation of musculoskeletal problems, Toni completed a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science at the Australian Catholic University in 2015 and a masters in clinical exercise physiology at The University of Queensland in 2018.
