Sessions are conducted with 2 participants with an exercise physiologist. Exercises are tailored to ensure both participants get the most from their session. These sessions are great after you have completed a few one on one sessions and are feeling reasonably comfortable with most of the gym equipment. They add a social component exercising with a buddy who may help keep you accountable if you feel you lack motivation. They are a cost effective option to add to you weekly physical activity regime.
You will need to have an initial one on one assessment before attending these sessions and have an exercise buddy in mind.
