We aim to provide you with the best possible treatment plan to suit your specific health needs. Exercise physiology (EP) sessions and massage treatments are designed and tailored to your individual requirements since every'body' is different. If you have specific health concerns, pain, disability or injury then either EP or remedial massage will probably be most suitable.

If you are looking to destress, relax or have some timeout then a relaxation or Swedish massage may be beneficial. However remember research shows us that exercise and physical activity are one of the most effective management strategies for stress, anxiety and mental health. Whatever your needs there will be a tailored solution for you which may encompass a combination of theatment options. Cancellation and Lateness Policy

We value your business and appreciate your cooperation by arriving on time for your appointment.

If late arrival is inevitable, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, your service maybe shortened in order to accommodate other appointments following yours, in which case full payment will be required.

12hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With less than 12hrs notice a 50% cancellation fee may be charged at the Therapists discretion.

No show or missed appointments will incur a 100% cancellation fee of your scheduled treatment cost. If the appointment is using a gift voucher, the gift voucher will be void with non attendance.
